WND's Election Fraud Conspiracists

WorldNetDaily's columnists went wild promoting baseless claims that the election was stolen, and a few even suggested overturning the election and appeared to encourage violence. Here are the worst examples.

The conspiracy theory obsessives at WorldNetDaily simply couldn't resist glomming onto President Trump's baseless accusations of election fraud. But since it does little original "news" reporting due to its ongoing financial crisis, WND's columnists eagerly up that conspiracy-mongering mantle.

The worst of that, of course, was James Zumwalt's apparent libel of an official for voting-tech company Dominion, because that opened WND up to getting sued since the official has sued other outlets (and the man Zumwalt uncritically quoted making the attack) for defamation. But ConWebWatch found so many other examples between the election and the Jan. 6 Capitol riot that they filled six blog posts. That riot, of course, was incited by bogus claims from Trump and others -- including WND -- that the election was stolen through never-proven fraud.

Here is a compilation of the worst examples of that bogus conspiracy-mongering, which include baseless accusations of fraud in electronic voting systems and, in one instance, likening onetime Trump lawyer Sidney Powell to Joan of Arc:

Election night Tuesday, at about midnight on the East Coast, Trump led in all the battleground states by decent margins. The betting odds were more than 75% for Trump to win. Then, for some unexplainable reason, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Nevada all seemingly stopped counting votes simultaneously, in unison. They took a "pause" at around 1 a.m. None of those states reported any additional votes for the next three hours. So, what did they do for those three hours?

-- Michael Master, Nov. 4 WND column

In my view, a better question is not whether voter fraud played a part in the balloting, but how much voter fraud played a part in the balloting. Why? Two reasons. The first is because the character of those on the left lends itself to disreputable undertakings. We know that at this point, the Democratic leadership in Washington is largely comprised of socialists and functional Marxists, for whom an "ends justify the means" modality is standard operating procedure.

The second is that the deportment of elected Democrats, the Washington establishment and their surrogates since Trump took office made it quite plain that there was no lie too big to tell, no accusation too scurrilous to level and no conspiracy theory too outlandish to float in their efforts to oust the president. These combined with the increase in mail-in balloting, reports of registered voters receiving pre-filled ballots in the mail and similar shenanigans lend credence to the contention that voter fraud was probably rampant in this election.

Erik Rush, Nov. 4 WND column

Nov. 3 was the Trump D-Day when an overwhelming surge of Trump voters, as impressive as the Allied invasion flotilla that stormed Normandy, flooded from the stunning MAGA rallies into the polls. Just as the Allies did on D-Day, the Deplorables broke the Atlantic Wall. The Red Tsunami crashed through the Blue Breakwater and established dominance in most of their strategic targets before bogging down on the bluffs above the beach. Just like the Germans, the Purple Uniparty had a second line of defense, assets unseen from the beach but just as well entrenched: hundreds of thousands of illegally harvested ballots, secured in caches awaiting deployment in the dead of the night – the cheating hours.

But just as elation began to turn to alarm at Normandy and Omaha, the Allies took Cherbourg – and in our parallel Rudy Giuliani announced in a Philly press conference he has filed lawsuits to stop the election fraud.

-- Scott Lively, Nov. 5 WND column

If you allow big media to reprogram your memory of what you actually saw and heard into the faux-reality they have created to control you, then you have surrendered your mind to Satan's lies (because lies are all he has). If you remember what you saw, heard and felt during the campaign, you push back against big media's lies, you deny Satan his prize, and you demonstrate that each of us still bears the mark of the Creator God upon us, that we are not automatons and that we refuse to be ruled by the global satanists, who are running the war and using big media and big tech to dehumanize us. The facts support our account of events; only the media lies support their account.

-- Craige McMillan, Nov. 6 WND column

Anyone who factually believes Joe Biden won this election is a moron, a fool or both. Common sense dictates no other options. Not even Democrats and/or people in the Biden campaign believe he actually won. The Biden camp enjoined with the Democrats and media are cheering that for the moment it appears the cheating has worked.

[...]

This said and being true, the one thing I know that both groups fail to calculate in their formulas is that God is on His throne, and if God wants Donald J. Trump to have four more years as president, there's nothing anyone can do to prevent it.

-- Mychal Massie, Nov. 9 WND column

President Trump should reject the liberal clamor to concede an election that was evidently stolen by hundreds of thousands of fake ballots in seven battleground states. Ballots from voters who never requested them, along with ballots not completely filled out and personally returned with signatures that were both witnessed and verified, have turned this election into an unverifiable farce.

[...]

Trump should not concede to the calculated corruption by those who pulled every trick imaginable to stuff the ballot box and change the outcome of the in-person voting. The hundreds of thousands of mailed-in ballots that supposedly went 80-100% for Biden were no better than fake news.

-- Andy Schlafly, Nov. 10 WND column

Biden's attempted theft of the United States government has not relied on clever or artful scheming. It has been a criminally crude gangster snatch-and-grab strong-arm robbery enabled by corrupt election officials and partisan news media willing to cover up wrongdoing by their Democratic ideological comrades.

[...]

Republican state legislatures should conduct fair and thorough audits of computerized voting systems, including source code, and by-hand audits of every vote. Do not surrender our democratic republic forever to criminals.

-- Lowell Ponte, Nov. 12 WND column

Trump won the election. Anyone who watched what happened in the middle of election night knows that. Trump won. Five states that are run by Democrats simultaneously stopped reporting on their election totals for three hours and then mysteriously came back with new totals that showed Biden ahead. Those five states are in different time zones. Trump was ahead significantly in all five before the simultaneous "pause" in reporting. Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada, Wisconsin and Michigan. All battleground states run by Democratic governors.

-- Michael Master, Nov. 13 WND column

There was no "attempted" voter fraud nor was there any "attempt" to steal the election from President Trump, because there was voter fraud and the election was stolen. That is the factual reality. If there were an "attempt" we wouldn't be having this conversation.

That which I have just said is of paramount importance to understand, because it happened in America, not some Third World banana republic with a GDP lower than the value of the shoes in my wife's closet.

This took place in America. It was perpetrated by Americans, and it was perpetrated against the duly elected occupant of the highest office in America and the most powerful office in the world. Let the gravity of that sink in for a moment.

[...]

America needs a man like President Trump. Let's join him in fighting to take what the thieves have stolen. It's ours, and we have the right to claim what is ours.

-- Mychal Massie, Nov. 16 WND column

And yes, there is some evidence that a nationwide conspiracy to steal the election actually occurred. Indeed, a statistical analysis of the election data show Republicans performing incredibly well in some swing states down ticket, but, strangely, the vote count for Trump plummets. The idea the Republicans would have the highest voter turnout in history and vote for everyone from dog catcher to Congress, but then not cast a vote for Trump, flies in the face of everything we know about elections, not to mention Trump's popularity with Republicans. This, I believe, is evidence that someone hacked into the system in key swing states and moved votes from the Trump to the Biden column, but didn't bother altering the down ticket races.

If this can be proven, it will go down in history as the largest election fraud ever, and people will be sent to prison.

-- Steve Baldwin, Nov. 16 WND column

[Sidney] Powell's fierce determination, unwavering resolve and uncanny ability to achieve success against powerful, deep-seated, corrupt government forces sparks a glimmer of hope in the hearts of American patriots as she takes the reins in Trump's fight against election fraud. Sidney Powell's battle for democratic freedom in the United States today mirrors the battle Joan of Arc fought on behalf of her country so many years ago. If there's any person who can prevail against these seemingly indomitable forces, it might just be Sidney Powell, and she has an army of truth-loving American patriots cheering her to victory.

-- Teresa Blazewicz, Nov. 17 WND column

We are truly witnessing corruption of biblical proportions that God alone can deliver us from. We don't yet know how this struggle will end, but we do know that He has empowered President Trump and a massive MAGA army of constitutionalists to wage war in the cause of truth in a manner unseen since the founding of this nation.

President Trump broke the Alinsky Box by turning out a Red Tsunami of freedom-loving voters on Nov. 3, and I believe that if we all press in and fight like tigers to defeat the leftist coup, we WILL save this nation and smash the domestic and foreign enemies behind it.

-- Scott Lively, Nov. 20 WND column

There's one more way to cheat that is really, really easy. That is called "electronic voting." It's so easy to cheat with electronic voting because the whole thing is run by computers that can be controlled by the people who make the software. Thankfully, most of those people are Democratic friends.

The only real problem that can happen with electronic voting is when the other guy is SO popular with the voters and your guy is SO unpopular that you have to stop the computers in the middle of the election night and change the software to help your guy catch up – AFTER everyone thought the other guy won. Whew! That's a tough one.

If you do that, then there is a pretty good chance the voters will think something is wrong with the election.

-- Scott Lively, Nov. 23 WND column

While votes in numerous states across America are still in doubt, former Vice President Joe Biden has rushed in, taken the highest seat of honor, and exalted himself for all the world to see -- but the master of the banquet (the Electoral College) has not yet arrived.

As rampant voter fraud is being uncovered in every contested swing state – attested to in signed affidavits from multitudes of witnesses – the 2020 U.S. presidential election is anything but settled.

[...]

As for fake President-Elect Joe Biden, what is becoming clearer each day is that amidst all his lies and deceit, he seems to have made at least one honest statement during the 2020 campaign. In a rare appearance on Oct. 24, he stated, "We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter-fraud organization in the history of American politics."

-- "George Bailey," Nov. 30 WND column ("Bailey" is a pseudonym for someone who claims to be "a freelance columnist and grateful recipient of America's highest honor, citizen")

The bottom line, fellow patriots and true Americans, is that because time is short before November's presidential election is truly lost for good, the president must put his fears aside, fire Blowhard Bill, appoint a non-swamp-infected interim AG and clean out the rats' nest. In so doing, the interim AG must order his department to support the president in his election contest and take steps, if necessary, to lay the groundwork for the declaration of martial law, until the fraud that "elected" Biden and Harris is fully uncovered and a new election held – one without mail-in ballots and crooked computer systems like Dominion to tabulate and "count" the votes.

Short of that, violent revolution may be on the horizon, as it was in the early stages of the formation of our republic.

-- Larry Klayman, Dec. 4 WND column

I feel disenfranchised with last month's vote because of such apparent widespread voter fraud in six key swing states. But the media say, "There's nothing to see here." As of this writing, 40 court decisions seem to agree with them.

Thank God for the alternative media, which is a lifeline of information and which big tech, big media and the cultural elites are doing their best to suppress. But you can't suppress the truth forever.

[...]

I showed my wife a compilation of highlights of the Giuliani-Ellis Michigan hearings of alleged voter fraud. After a while, she almost wept, wondering how this could happen in her adopted country. She is originally from Norway and gladly became a U.S. citizen many years ago.

Democracy is messy. But to ensure voter integrity, it's worth sorting through this mess.

-- Jerry Newcombe, Dec. 8 WND column

Right now, everyone knows Trump won the election in a landslide. They can't take that away. It's just a matter of outsmarting the left and figuring out how to deal with the election fraud when most of our institutions won't. The left controls the MSM, big tech, education, Hollywood, the judiciary and state bars. But there has to be a way to stop massive felony voter fraud. Maybe the civil unrest that is brewing will lead to changes. It is only going to get worse as Democrats reveal they are not going to stop the lockdowns any time soon even if Biden is in office.

-- Rachel Alexander, Dec. 14 WND column

Currently in fashion is a lie associated with the adjective widespread. You will hear this accompanied by the word "fraud," as in, "There was no widespread fraud in the presidential election."

Purveyors of this adjectival prevarication are careful not to say, "There was no fraud." One would have to be afflicted with intellectual glaucoma, macular degeneration and cataracts not to see the fraud that took place on and after Nov. 3, 2020.

Indeed, it was not widespread fraud. It was localized fraud, concentrated fraud, focused fraud. The perpetrators of this electoral swindle knew they couldn't get away with their scheme in the heavily Republican cow counties, where voters instantly would smell the rat.

-- Michael Ackley, Dec. 22 WND column

Mr. President, your time is now. There is no tomorrow. Winning again in 2024 is not going to happen. You have to win now – for you, for your legacy, for the 74 million voters you love, for America, for American exceptionalism, for capitalism. There is no tomorrow. If you don't win now, there is no chance for you in 2024, for two reasons:

First, because Democrats cheated and stole this election, without punishment (so far). If they get away with rigging and stealing this election, it's all over for Republicans forevermore. They stole the election with you in charge. Who's going to stop them when they're in charge? That's like letting the wolf guard the hen house. It's only going to get worse.

Second, the 2024 election will not matter, simply because America won't exist in 2024 – not the America we know now. Democrats will destroy that America. Trust me, this will be a foreign country by 2024.

-- Wayne Allyn Root, Dec. 28 WorldNetDaily column

Like a bank president who looks the other way while his bank processes unverified signatures on checks, some Republican senators deny awareness of election fraud. But under the 12th Amendment, such weak-kneed senators do not certify the votes.

Senate President Pence alone has the constitutional authority to recognize Electoral College votes. Pence should decline to recognize the Biden votes from the states tainted by fraud and having rival slates.

-- Andy Schlafly, Dec. 29 WND column

Any idiot who isn't blind can see what happened, says Richie. It was as if a brazen gang of 50 carrying AK-47s and not wearing face coverings robbed five banks at the exact same time, showed their IDs on the way out the door and then got a blind eye turned by every FBI agent and every judge. Maybe people are in denial. Maybe the D.C. swamp got to them. Maybe they're in on the scam. A lot of respectable people in power must be getting filthy rich on this scam, says Richie.

-- Wayne Allyn Root, Jan. 4 WND column

Inciting a riot?
As Jan. 6 grew closer -- the day that Congress would formally count the Electoral College vote and officially certify the election outcome -- a few WND columnists advocated for using the opportunity to overturn the election results and, at a couple points, appearing to advocate for effective seizure of the government by Trump or pushing for action in the streets if the election wasn't overturned. Here are examples of those:
If the Biden concession were announced on Jan. 6, that would free Trump politically to invoke the Insurrection Act against the states that have acted in concert with foreign entities like the Chicoms (and many others). Such a roundup would mean the arrests of many corrupt state and financial actors in or connected to these battleground states. It would also include whatever actors Biden fingered as part of escaping a prison sentence.

A dirty election is a dirty election; a coordinated dirty election across multiple states with or without foreign assistance is an insurrection, subject to the use of military force against the plotters, without the permission of the states involved. I would also expect massive asset seizures against the plotters and financiers (read Executive Order 13848).

[...]

If President Trump were to invoke Article II, Section 4, he could certainly remove the existing state governments, set up a temporary government and schedule new elections in the fraud-prone, COVID-obsessed states. In some ways, I like this option better.

-- Craige McMillan, Jan. 1 WND column

Regardless of the political landscape at nightfall on Jan. 6, America's second revolution begins now, as the MAGA tribes begin their journey to Washington, D.C., at the request of our own Gen. George Washington, Donald J. Trump. While we faithful MAGA millions still have hope for a last minute turnaround in the Marxists self-driven "tide of history," the revolution does not depend upon that outcome. WE THE PEOPLE – the real Americans – are "mad as hell, and we're not going to take it anymore." Whether we are privileged to physically gather together with our peers on the National Mall or are forced by circumstances to be there only in spirit, we are united in patriotic zeal at a level not seen since the emperor of Japan bombed Pearl Harbor.

We've suffered our own Pearl Harbor – an attack on our constitution and liberty that has unfolded in slow motion over the past four years, culminating in the Great Cockroach Reveal of the 2020 Election, when the tenacity and resolve of our president to prevent this nation from being stolen by Communist China and its captured elite stooges here at home switched on a spotlight exposing the full extent of their duplicity and corruption. Politically speaking, the sheep have been divided from the goats, the wheat from the tares, and the righteous from the wicked.

[...]

There is no peaceful resolution of this crisis. There is no short-term "return to normal." There is only a season of warfare of some kind – perhaps bloody, hopefully not – and then the restructuring of our government and culture through the active purging of the losing side from the seats of power – again, perhaps bloody, hopefully not.

If the Biden Theft of the Presidency is consummated, it is undoubtedly the left's intentions to see that WE THE PEOPLE be purged, and the long history of similar Marxist takeovers suggests it will be a very bloody campaign.

-- Scott Lively, Jan. 4 WND column

The suggestion by a few Republican House members that they should stand down and allow certification of a fraudulent election would be an abdication of their duty under the Constitution. It would be wrong to embrace and allow wrongdoing by a handful of state officials, who violated the election laws enacted by their legislatures.

In Georgia, Pennsylvania and elsewhere, there was no signature verification of millions of mailed-in ballots as required by laws there. If the laws had been applied as written, then President Trump won those states and enough elsewhere to prevail in the Electoral College.

[...]

The House, voting by state, should make its own determination that the Electoral Count Act is unconstitutional in diluting the authority of the House. The Constitution is clear: The House selects the next president when there is election failure.

In our constitutional republic, our elected representatives can and should vote to protect the integrity of the selection of our next president. That will establish a necessary precedent that fraud never be allowed to steal a presidential election.
