In his Nov. 19 Newsmax column, Phil Brennan once again insists that "global temperature rises peaked around 1998 — and the world has been cooling ever since."
As we've repeatedly detailed when Brennan has made this claim, while 1998 is the warmest year on record, overall global temperatures continued have continued to rise in the ensuing decade.
