Atrios reminds us of the dubious, rumor-peddling history of Joseph DiGenova, who's currently working through Accuracy in Media's Cliff Kincaid to peddle a new rumor: that sending Joseph Wilson to Niger investigate purported sales of uranium yellowcake to Iraq was actually a "covert operation" against President Bush to undermine the administration's Iraq war policy.
